2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement governs the distance sale transactions related to events, campaigns, online meeting organizations, and other registrations that the Buyer signs up for and pays via the website www.iucevents.com, in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. NATURE AND SCOPE OF SERVICE

  • Type of Service: Corporate/individual event participation, online meeting organization, campaign participation, and related registrations

  • Event Type: Conference, seminar, webinar, one-on-one meeting, organization

  • Location: Physical venue or online platform (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.)

  • Fee: [Service fee, subject to change per event or service]

  • Payment Method: Online payment link, virtual POS, credit/debit card, etc.

4. SERVICE DELIVERY AND EXECUTION

  • The service will be delivered on the scheduled event date after the registration and payment process is completed.

  • For online events, access information will be sent to the participant via e-mail at least 24 hours before the event.

  • For physical events, detailed information will be announced separately to the participant.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal up to 7 days before the event date and receive a full refund.

  • No refund will be made for cancellations within 7 days of the event.

  • If the participant wishes to transfer the participation right to another person, this must be notified in writing at least 48 hours before the event.

  • In live or digital content events, once the service has started, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

  • The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event in case of force majeure (illness, natural disaster, technical failure, etc.). In such cases, a refund or alternative date will be offered to the participant.

6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The Seller undertakes, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK - Law No. 6698), to process the Buyer’s personal data only for the purpose of providing the service, handling registration and payment processes, and sending notifications. Personal data will not be shared with third parties. Necessary administrative and technical security measures will be taken. For details, please refer to the [KVKK Information Notice].

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • The Buyer declares to have read the preliminary information form before entering into this agreement and acknowledges full awareness of the service and its price.

  • Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan).

  • This agreement becomes effective as of the date it is digitally approved by the Buyer.
