Strategic Planning Training for Ethiopian Insurance Executives Successfully Held in Istanbul

Between May 15–18, 2023, a tailored Strategic Planning Training was delivered to executives from Ethiopian Insurance Companies, organized by IUC Group and held at TSEV (Turkish Insurance Institute) in Istanbul.

The training was expertly designed and facilitated by Melike Demirel, focusing on strategic thinking, planning methodologies, and implementation frameworks within the context of insurance operations. Throughout the four-day program, participants engaged in interactive sessions and case studies, aiming to strengthen their capacity to shape long-term business strategies in a rapidly evolving insurance landscape.

This initiative reflects IUC Group’s ongoing commitment to knowledge-sharing and capacity-building across international insurance markets. The collaboration between IUC Group and TSEV once again showcased Istanbul as a regional hub for insurance education and professional development.
